Yakin it...Tierra Verde on 2/3/18
« on: February 05, 2018, 01:27:55 PM »
A buddy and I took the yaks out in Tierra Verde this past Saturday. It was a bit nippy but warmed up. The wind was atrocious but we were protected from most of it. The water was brisk but bearable and a few times we had to trudge through some shallow flats. Couldn't locate any bait, so we fished with artificials. Hooked up some little specs and whiting but nothing to keep. Was a great day getting back out on the water though. Its been like 2yrs for me. Looking forward to getting out again soon.
